WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
In these unprecedented times delays may occur. We ship out of our warehouse in London. Please allow additional time for your order to be dispatched. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Orders may take extra time to arrive after dispatch depending on the distance from our warehouse to your chosen delivery address, as well as delays with our shipping partners. We are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
For UK orders, shipping is free for orders of £25 or more.
All orders are shipped via First Class Royal Mail.
For orders under £25, shipping will cost £3.30.
Shipping charges to the rest of Europe will start at £5.50.
Please note: Shipping to Europe may incur additional charges or customs at the customers expense.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you with your issue.
While we always do our best to assist our customers with any issues they have, our Returns & Refunds policy does not apply to certain products for hygiene reasons including, but not limited to, opened Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Teething Gel etc. Please contact us with your specific issue and we will inform you if we can accept the return.
If your product is deemed faulty or damaged, we will happily replace the item or refund the cost to you. This refund will be processed within 10 business days of the approval of your refund.
